League Age
CBC will use the 2026 Little League age charts. League age is not always the same as your player's actual age.

  • For baseball, the 2026 league age is your player's age as of Aug. 31, 2026.
  • For softball, the 2026 league age is your player's age as of Dec. 31, 2025.

Note: Players must be actual age 4 by Sept. 30, 2025.

Division
Players are automatically assigned to divisions based on league age. Based on your player's league age, they may be eligible to play in more than one division.

Play-Up/Play-Down Requests
If your player is too young or too old to play in their preferred division, contact the CBC Board at [email protected]. Play-up or play-down requests are approved in limited circumstances.

Please note that registration fields have changed - there are now fields for Proof of Residency and Proof of School Enrollment. 

**Note that these fields ARE NOT required, and you do not have to include them through the registration process.**

2026 Spring Registration - Instructional Co-Ed Tee Ball

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Canfield Baseball (Merch ID: SN*Canfield). Late registrants are not guaranteed to receive their uniform by the start of the first game.
 
There is NO increase in registration fees for 2026.
 
The CBC is committed in its ongoing effort to raise funds for major capital improvements at the ballpark. Improvements include but are not limited to: beautifying the ballpark, LED lighting, dugout renovations, scoreboards, and fence repairs. Please consider making a donation as an investment in our children! 
 
We still require that smaller children in the Instructional Tee-Ball division are all potty-trained.
 
We will still conduct a draft for all coach and kid pitch divisions, both baseball and softball. For the tee-ball divisions, you will be assigned a team.

We will play 50 foot mounds and 70 foot bases with lead-offs and steals for the boys major divisions. Little League calls this Intermediate Baseball. We will also have an overlap with the 13 year old boys where they can play 50/70 Intermediate or move up to PONY. Boys PONY plays 54 foot mounds with 80 foot bases. This means that 13 year olds can play 11-13 (Majors/Intermediate) or 13-14 (PONY), whichever division they feel more comfortable playing.
